So its officially 2 weeks before stagecoach… 14 day.. ahh! So my plan, a new workout for everyday, 5-10 pounds off, the healthy way. So what better post than letting you know some of the workouts I’ll be doing and you can join in. There’s never a better time to get into shape than right now. So its Monday and that always seems to be not so great, but here’s a fun morning routine for today that will jump start your week!
So I said this before but there’s no use in dieting and working out if your not feeding your body healthy foods. That means cutting out all your carbohydrates that don’t come in the form of vegetables and protein. No more white flour snacks. Yes that means no more cookies, brownies, chips, bread, crackers, etc. Want an easy way to remember what to eat, here is what I’ve been using to make sure I choose the right “FOOD”
And my last thing I want to mention before I kick of my official “two week stretch” I want to leave you a few things to remember so you stay on track. Remembering that small meals doesn’t mean you get to over eat in small portions, 30-40 minutes of cardio up to four times a week helps you effectively build muscle and lose weight, don’t do the same work out over and over remember to mix it up, a good night of sleep (8 hours) is essential to your diet, and don’t forget to spend some time relaxing with a book or doing something that helps your body restore itself.
